Aratt One World marked a defining milestone with the groundbreaking ceremony for JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru Electronic City, setting the foundation for what is set to become South Bengaluru’s first JW Marriott. Planned as a key hospitality anchor within Aratt One World, the upcoming hotel signals the beginning of a new standard for business, leisure, events, and hospitality in Electronic City, one of Bengaluru’s most important growth corridors. The JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru Electronic City is expected to feature 370 guestrooms and suites, thoughtfully designed around the brand’s approach to mindful luxury and well-being. The hotel is planned to include multiple food and beverage experiences, including an all-day dining restaurant, a speciality dining venue, a lobby lounge, a rooftop bar, and much more. Wellness and recreation will also form a key part of the experience, with the signature Spa by JW, a fitness centre, serene spaces, and a swimming pool. A major highlight of the hotel will be its large banqueting and event infrastructure, with 3,480 square metres of versatile space, including an outdoor lawn designed for corporate gatherings, celebrations, conferences, and social occasions. As work begins on the foundation, the JW Marriott becomes an important marker of Aratt One World’s larger vision: to create an integrated district where commerce, culture, community, hospitality, and everyday life come together within one connected ecosystem. its Marketing Office and Show Flat. More than a milestone, the ceremony marked the

The Marketing Office and Show Flat are now open, giving visitors a first glimpse into the
world being built at Aratt One World. From the larger masterplan to the finer details of the
residences, the space has been designed to help future homeowners, partners, and
stakeholders understand the scale, intent, and everyday experience of the development.
Built on the idea of a city within a city, Aratt One World brings together residences,
commercial spaces, hospitality, retail, F&B, and culture within one integrated ecosystem. Our

Marriott International has signed an agreement with Aratt One World, the real estate arm of Aratt Developers, to launch a 370-key JW Marriott Hotel in Bengaluru’s Electronic City. The hotel, spread across four acres, is slated to open in 2030 and will be part of a larger ₹3,500-crore mixed-use township being developed by Aratt One World at the same location, Vishal Vincent, Managing Director of Aratt Developers, told HT Real Estate.
